Inkly — notes that study with you
Inkly turns a photo of a page you have written into notes you can search, ask questions about, and revise from. If something is not behaving, start here.

and roughly when, and it is much faster to fix.
My scan came out blank or unreadable
Inkly reads a flat, well-lit page best. Lay the page down rather than holding it, keep your shadow off it, and fill the frame with the page rather than the desk. Very light pencil and heavily overlapping handwriting are the two things it genuinely struggles with. You can always edit the text afterwards.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. It removes your notes, scans, flashcards and chats along with the account itself, and it cannot be undone. If you want a copy first, use Profile → Export notes, which writes a PDF of everything.
How do I get my notes out?
Profile → Export notes writes a PDF of all your notes. Individual notes can be shared from the note itself. Exported PDFs are saved to Inkly's folder, which you can reach in the Files app under On My iPhone → Inkly.
I have lost my two-factor codes
If you saved recovery codes when you turned two-factor on, use one of those at the sign-in prompt. If you did not, email us from the address on the account and we will verify you and remove the second factor by hand.
Which plan am I on?
Profile shows your current plan and, if you are on Inkly Pro, when it renews. Basic covers scanning, notes and spaced review. Inkly Pro adds AI chat over your notes, voice questions, study plans and unlimited scans.
Something else
Email us. Bug reports, a scan that came out wrong, a feature you wish existed — all of it is read by the person who builds Inkly.
